CRANBERRY PECAN SLAW
2 (11 oz) bags of Cole Slaw Mix
1 Gala or Honeycrisp Apple – Chopped
1 Cup Cranberries, dried
1 Cup Pecans, chopped
4 Green Onions, diced
3/4 Cup Mayo
3/4 Cup Sour Cream
1/4 Cup White Wine Vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)
2 Tbsp Honey
1/2 Tsp Salt
In a large bowl, add slaw, apple, cranberries, pecans and green onions.
In a small bowl, add mayo, sour cream, vinegar, honey and salt. Whisk together until smooth.
Pour dressing over slaw mix and toss well until combined.
